In an important first step, the International Association of Skateboard Companies (IASC) brought together manufacturers and retailers for an open discussion on the risks surrounding the growth of generic product in the skateboard industry. IASC, the skateboard industryâ??s trade organization, has been taking steps to bring together all segments of the industry to shed light on the issue and bring forward solutions from retailers, distributors, and manufacturers of all sizes from around the globe.
